MARRIED.
GLASS-COYLE—At the church of the Assumption, Cresco, Iowa, Wednesday, October 7, 1903, by Rev. Father M. A. McCartey, Mr. Raymond Glass and Miss Mary Coyle.
The ceremony at the church, followed by nuptial high mass, was at 9 o’clock in the morning. The couple were attended by Miss Bridget Coyle, of Riceville and Will Glass, a brother of the groom. Following the ceremony, the company of invited guests returned to the John Coyle, home, where a sumptuous wedding breakfast was served. The guests from a distance were Mr. and Mrs. Golden, from Austin, Minn, Mrs. Hughes from Riceville, Mike Coyle and wife of Adams, Minn. and Miss Fay Wilkes, of Riceville.
The bride is a daughter of John Coyle and was reared to womanhood in this place, receiving her education at the school of the Assumption, and her many good qualities of heart and mind have endeared her with every one who had the pleasure of her acquaintance. A thorough musician, her services have always been demanded in her church and also in the musical circles of the town, and are always given with the heartiness and good will which characterizes her every action. She will make for her husband a true Helpmeet and companion in every sense of the word.
The groom is the second son of Leo J. Glass, was born in this county, where he has always resided, his education in the parochial school. At present he is an efficient clerk in the Glass grocery. Honist{sic}, industrious, and of good habits, he is emmintly{sic} qualified to wed the woman he has won for his wife
