“MARRIED—At the Eagle Exchange hotel, New Oregon, Ia. Feb. 6th, 1864 by Rev. O. E. Berry, Mr. James Anway of the 9th Iowa Infantry, and Miss Phoebe Hurley, both of Howard Co. Iowa.”

Transcriber’s Note: I question the date of the newspaper as the date of the wedding is the date after the date of the newspaper.
