Miss Mary Clemmer left Thursday noon for Minneapolis, where she will remain until Tuesday, when she starts on her trip to Seattle, Wash. She will be joined by a party who is going to Alaska and expects to sail the 6th, and will be married upon reaching her future home. Mr. Dickey is established in business there, running a general store, shipping office and a boarding house. During his visits here Mr. Dickey made numerous friends who congratulate him upon his good luck. Mary was born and brought up in Cresco, and is a general favorite with the people here, and will be sadly missed from a large circle of friends. It is the earnest wish of the PLAIN DEALER that her married life will be one of the greatest happiness.
