Wedding Anniversary.
Last Monday was the l5th aniversary{sic} of the marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Charley Newmiller of Granger. Their hosts of friends gave them a genuine surprise in the evening and presented them with an ellegant{sic} quarter-sawed and carved oaken side-board and a set of silver knives and forks. Rev. Brown of Harmony administered the renewal of vows and made a neat presentation speech.
The company was so large the Woodman opened their hall for the use of the young people, and over one hundred sat down to a sumptuous spread the ladies had prepared at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. John Fink, who cheerfully gave the use of their dining room and parlor for the occasion.
The cock crew ere Mr. and Mrs. Newmiller was left to recover from their surprise and to become aware of the fact that they were very popular among their numerous friends.
