Transcribed from: http://chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn88059319/1895-10-11/ed-1/seq-1/A beautiful ceremony was held in the St. Joseph’s Cathedral at LaCrosse Wisconsin, on Tuesday morning, on which occasion Mr. John Ruegg and Miss Emma Keller were united in the holy bonds of matrimony. Mr. Henry Gohres acted as bridesgroom and Miss Maria Keller as bridesmaid. A service was held on this occasion by Vicar-general P. Geyer, assisted by the Rev.’s Jos. W. Ritz and K. Beyer; master of ceremonies, Rev. J. Hauk. The groom is well, known young man of that place and is employed as foreman in the Novelty Wood Works at North La Crosse. The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. Keller. The newly wedded couple will reside in 21. and King street, La Crosse, and we wish them all the joy and good fortune they anticipate.
