Sobolik was united in marriage to Miss Amy Barnes at high noon on Monday, December 21st, at the home of Dr. and Mrs. George Kessell. Rev. D. T. Robertson, of the Congregational church said the words which made them man and wife. At the conclusion of the ceremony, a beautiful wedding luncheon was served by Dr. and Mrs. Kessell, in four courses. Beside the Kessell family, the bride’s father and brother were present.
The happy couple left on the afternoon passenger for California and the Hawaiian Islands for the winter, and upon their return they will make their home in Cresco.
Mr. Sobolik is one of Cresco’s prosperous business men and manufacturers, and the bride is well known as an {illegible} nurse and a graduate from the {illegible} hospital.Transcriber’s Note: The left margin of this article is hard to read so I made my best guess except for what is noted.
