Iowa Plain Dealer August 19, 1886, P3 C6

MARRIED.

HALL—AXTELL—At the Sheriff’s residence, Cresco, Iowa, Thursday Aug. 12. 1886, by Rev. J. D. Tull, Mr. S. S. Hall, of Minneapolis, Minn., and Miss Mary F. Axtell, Daughter of H. A. Axtell, Esq., Sheriff of Howard Co., Iowa.

The bridegroom is a skilful and prosperous architect of Minneapolis, and the bride is well known in Cresco and other parts of Howard county as one of our very best young ladies. All declare it a most suitable marriage and extend congratulations and best wishes for the happiness and welfare of the happy couple.

At 10 a.m. we were requested to be at Mr. Axtell’s. There was a pleasant company of friends and acquaintances. After the ceremony was performed, refreshments were served, none refusing to partake of the bountiful supply, and all seemed to have a very pleasant time. At 12:30 the bridegroom and bride left on the train for Minneapolis, their future home. We all wish them much joy and future prosperity.
J. D. Tull,
