The marriage of George Meredith and Florence B. Mead took place at the residence of the bride's parents in Busti, N. Y. Thursday, a. m., at 11 o'clock. The Rev. T. M. Bishop of St. Luke's church, performed the ceremony. J. C. Meredith was groomsman and Miss Lillian L. Cook bridesmaid. Mr. and Mrs. Meredith took the Buffalo train on Thursday afternoon for Ontario, Canada, where they will visit for some time.
Mr. Meredith is well known among the younger business men of Jamestown and possesses many friends here. Mrs. Meredith has been a teacher in the J. U. S. & C. I. for some time where she was highly esteemed by her associates.--[Jamestown (.N.Y.) Journal, July 27.
