Wm. B. Miller father of Mrs. N. B. Wheeler was married at Owatonna Minn. the 21st ult, to Mrs. P. M. Landon. His present address is Havana, Steel county Minn. He complains that his PLAIN DEALER did not reach him at Owatonna. We know personally, it was mailed regularly. W. B., perhaps some other Miller has gobbled it. Such things some times occur without fault to the postmaster. A few years since we were mailing the PLAIN DEALER at the Cresco postoffice to P. G. Wells. Each week he called at the printing office, alleging that we had omitted mailing him a paper. Finally the paper sent to his address was in our box marked "Refused." In a day or so Wells called as usual when we confronted him with the returned copy. He denied having found a copy and having refused it. Inquiry at the post office disclosed the fact that a son-of-a-gun named Wells with other initials had been cabbaging paper for a few weeks to the injury of a subscriber and of the publishers.
