Iowa Plain Dealer August 5, 1880, P3 C3

HYMENIAL.

On Wednesday, July 21st, Mr. Geo J. Huck, of this city, was joined in marriage with Miss Maggie Berry, of Kenosha, at St. Mark's church, by Rev John Casey. The bride was richly dressed in plum-colored silk with ornaments. Se was attended by Miss Maggie Cannon, of Chicago, and Mr. W. H. Berry, of Cincinnati, did the honors of groomsman. In the evening a grand reception was given at the residence of the bride's mother. The grounds were beautifully illuminated with Chinese lanterns. A platform was erected under the trees, and the young people enjoyed dancing until a late hour to the music of Prof. Dickhauts band. The tables were handsomely spread, and all the appointments of the occasion were in good taste.--Kenosha Telegraph.

Then follows half a column of fine type enumerating the presents that were received, which we are compelled to omit. Mr. Huck is a salesman in Hayward's Shoe Store in this place, and, with his bride, will be warmly and heartily welcomed to Cresco.
