Married.

WHELEN--DOUGHERTY--At the Catholic Church Cresco Monday Nov. 11, by the Rev. Father McCartey assisted by the Rev. Father Gaffeney, Mr. Joseph Whelan of Plymouth Rock to Miss Jane Dougherty of Paris.

The happy couple, with their invited guests returned to the residence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Dougherty, where a sumptuous feast was prepared, and fully two hundred persons enjoyed themselves until the early morning, when all separated for their respective homes, after passing their congratulations to the happy couple.
