At Grace Church Cresco, Iowa, Oct. 13th 1869, by the Rev. Jacob Rambo, MR. HERBERT J. SANBORN to MISS MAGGIE A. TRIPP, all of Cresco.

The nuptials were performed at the Episcopal Church on Wednesday evening in the presence of a large number of the friends of the happy couple, that had met to honor them with their presence as they do and did with their respect, confidence and esteem. After the marriage ceremony they were made many presents of rare merit and value, all tending to show the high esteem in which they were held by those who know them best. When the congratulations of their friends were over, they repaired to the Mansfield House and departed on the midnight train for Delavan Wisconsin which will be their future residence. We wish them a pleasant trip through the voyage of life with occasionally a little incident to make the journey pleasant.
