A large crowd attended the funeral of Mrs. Ollie Tull, who passed away at her home in Rome on Monday evening. Funeral services were held at the Round Prairie church Wednesday afternoon conducted by Mrs. Rachel Wormhoudt of Mt. Pleasant. Mrs. Marie Barton sang “Life’s Roadway to Heaven,” “Death is Only a Dream,” “Oh Think of the Home Over There,” which Mrs. Tull had selected. The closing song was “I Hear Harbor Bells Calling Me.” Mrs. Lloyd Blucher accompanied on the piano. Pall bearers were cousins, Greg, Earl, Guy and Paul Litton and Everett and Thomas McElwee. The body was laid to rest in the Lambert [Lambirth] cemetery.
