I believe this death notice to be for James Danihy, although the surname listed is Donahue. This is based on son's (Timothy) death notice.
"The Mount Pleasant Daily News February 15, 1897
The remains of James Donahue arrived in this city on the afternoon train from the west Saturday. He was a resident of this vicinity for a number of years previous to fourteen years ago when he went away. He died at Pleasantville, near Des Moines. He was a brother in law to Thomas O'Hearne, of Woodlawn. The funeral was held Saturday afternoon from the Catholic church, and the remains were interred in the Catholic cemetery. Rev. J.J. Basler conducted the services."
