DIED At Salem, Ia, January 15th, 1896, Angeline, daughter of George and Rachel Hughs, (the former deceased) after an illness of several months in which she endured most intense suffering, from cancer of the stomach. She left a strong testimony that all was well, she was ready and anxious to go. She was a useful member in the church, and in the community, was strongly attached to the Society of Friends, of which she was a consistent member.
