Charlotte Ann Spray-Wells, age 71, passed away Thursday September 26, 2013, at her home in Oceanside, CA, while under the care of hospice. She was born March 6, 1942 in the Hillsboro, IA to Raymond Richard Spray and Vivian Louise Thornton Spray. In 1963, Charlotte relocated to California. On October 5, 1993 she married Joseph Koon Se Dung. She retired from Deloitte & Touche in September 2009. Charlotte is survived by her husband, Joe Dung, Oceanside, CA; her children, Andrea Wells Krysiak (Stan), Erie, PA, and Bryan Wells (Patty), Cincinnati, OH; grandsons Stanley Krysiak, Normal IL, and Michael and Daniel Krysiak, Erie, PA; brother Dan Spray (Shirley), Mt. Pleasant, IA; and sisters Christine and Jeanne Spray, Los Angeles, CA. She leaves many beloved friends and relatives in Oceanside, Los Angeles, and Iowa. . There will be no services. According to her wishes, the Neptune Society Crematorium will scatter her cremation ashes in the Pacific Ocean. Charlotte suggested memorials to an animal shelter of the donor's choice, or to Habitat for Humanity.
