Rachel Ann Lee passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lou Heckenberg, southwest of Mt. Pleasant in Prairie township, Jefferson county at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the age of 85 years.
She was born July 19, 1864 in Prairie township, Jefferson county and lived in that vicinity most of her life. Her husband, Curtis E. Lee passed away in 1934.
She is survived by one son, Roy Lee of Galesburg, Ill., two daughters, Mrs. Frank Spray, Fairfield and Mrs. Lou Heckenberg of Lockridge.
Funeral services will be conducted for her at the Prairie Baptist church, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment at Lambirth cemetery.
