Noah J. Eicher dies at Winfield

Noah J. Eicher, 80, passed away at his home at 6:30 Thursday evening. Mr. Eicher suffered a stroke early Sunday morning. He was a retired mail clerk of the Rock Island Railroad.

Surviving are his wife, Nell, one daughter, Mrs. Irene Ferguson of Chicago, Illinois, and three granddaughters. Also surviving are one brother, Frank Eicher of Webster Grove, Missouri and one sister Mrs. Lina Swartzendruber of Bloomfield, Iowa.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Winfield Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Chandler in charge. Burial was made in Winfield Scott Cemetery.
