Parents: Howard and Susan Smith Clark.\ Survivors: parents; one sister, Lisa Clark of Wentzville, Mo.; grandparents, William and Shirley Smith of Mt. Pleasant, Ia. and Doris Clark of Morris, Ill. Burial will be at Memorial Park Crematory in St. Louis, Mo.
