DIED.
LIPPMAN -- At his residence in this city, on Friday evening, January 25, Julius R. Lippman, aged 43 years and 10 months.
Mr. Lippman was born at Gruenstadt, Bavaria, March 25, 1840. He was a baker by profession, and first came to this city about three years ago. He was in the employ of Messrs Budde & Singer for about a year, when he purchased the bakery on the southeast corner of the square, and carried on business there until he was burned out last October. At the time of the fire he over-exerted himself and caught a severe cold from which he never recovered but gradually failed in health until the end came. He was married a little over a year ago, and leaves a wife and infant child to mourn his loss. The funeral services were held from the German Presbyterian church on last Sunday afternoon, conducted by the pastor, Rev. H. Schmitt.
