Salem. Louis Orrin Gaibel, only child of Mr. and Mrs. L. F. Gaibel, died of pneumonia at their home in Cottonwood last Saturday, January 31, 1920, aged 9 years, 11 months, 8 days. He was born at Pilot Grove, Iowa, February 22, 1910.

Orrin was a bright, happy child, loved by every one. During his illness of thirteen days duration, he was a patient sufferer, never complaining and always ready to say "thank you" whenever anything was done for him.

He will be greatly missed by his parents as well as by a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at the home by Rev. Victor Bloomquist, Monday, February 2 at 2 P.M. Interment in the beautiful Sharon Cemetery. The pall bearers were six little playmates: Ray King, Elmer Pickard, Edwin Leveling, Kenneth Leazer, Max Pickard, Arthur Hixson.
