Shirley Ann Willson

Shirley Ann Willson, Route 1, died Saturday morning, Jan. 31, at Burlington Medical Center. She was 54.
Mrs. Willson was born Oct 9, 1932, in Burlington to Harold F. and Francis J. Martindale Virgin. Her step mother was Margaret Virgin. She married Ralph A. Willson April 7, 1952.
Mrs. Willson was a member of the First Christian Church and belonged to the "Lucky Rollers" bowling team.
Surviving are her husband; a son Steve Willson of Burlington; a brother, Gary Virgin of Gladstone, Ill.; a sister Betty Fraiser of Burlington; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at 1 p.m., Monday at Lunning chapel, with the Rev. Dale Hemmpen officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
A memorial has been established to University Hospitals Iowa City.
