Arthur Howard

Arthur E. Howard, 45, of Winfield, died Wednesday, July 4, 2001, in Storm Lake.

Born Oct. 7, 1955, in Ottumwa, he was the son of Arthur E. and Madine Chesser Howard. He married Vickie Lu Bozarth. She died Aug. 18, 1996. He later married Vickie Jo Mosley on April 24, 1998.

Mr. Howard attended New London High School. He worked in shipping at CECO in Mount Pleasant.

Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Tara Howard of Winfield; two stepdaughters, Amanda and Amber Mosely, both of Winfield; one stepson, Jim Mosely of Winfield; his mother of New London; four sisters, Joyce Purdie, Marcella Hanson, Henrietta Cousins and Terri Lynn Howard; two brothers, Tommy and Brian Howard; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral for Mr. Howard will be at 10 a.m. today at Honts Funeral Home in Winfield, with the Rev. Greg Carr officiating. Burial will be in Burge Cemetery, New London.

A memorial has been established.
