DEATH OF SMITH SAUNDERS.

Smith Saunders, oldest son of the pioneer resident of Mt. Pleasant, Mr. Presley Saunders, died at Council Bluffs, Monday afternoon, April 15, 1901. He was about 64 years of age. Born in Mt. Pleasant he lived here many years and was engaged in the mercantile business. For several years he has resided at Council Bluffs where he died.
