Mrs. Ida Elliot

New London - Mrs. Ida Alice Elliot, 81, died at her residence in New London at 4:15 a.m. Saturday.

She was the daughter of Elisha and Melissa Raines Wright, and was born Nov. 14, 1885. On New Year's Day 1910, she was married to at New London, to Louis D. Elliot.

Mrs. Elliot was a member of the Methodist church and its WSCS and of Oak Leaf club and was a charter member of both the order of Eastern Star, Chapter No. 440, and the American Legion Auxillary, Post. No. 203.

Surviving: the husband; sisters, Mrs. Mary Etta Bishop, Burlington; Mrs. Theresa Hanks, Peoria, Ill.

Services: Elliot Chapel, Monday at two, the Rev. Clarence Morrison, Burge Cemetery.
