DEATH OF MRS. H.W. THOMAS

In the Chicago Times-Herald we find an extended notice of the death of Mrs. Emeline C. Thomas, wife of Rev. Dr. H.W. Thomas, who was at one time pastor of the Methodist Church here and well known to many of our readers all over the county. She died on Sunday afternoon after a long illness of many weeks duration. Dr. Thomas has been preaching in Chicago for the past 26 years.

The funeral will be held from the family residence in Chicago at 11 o'clock Wednesday forenoon and will be conducted by Dr. W.J. Spaulding of this city, an old and valued friend of the family. The trustees of the Peoples Church will act as pall bearers.
