July 7, 1948Two Wills Were Admitted
Two Wills were admitted to probate at the courthouse Tuesday.
Matilda Nau made provision that $600 should go to Frances Taft and the remainder should be divided equally among the five childre: Otto H. Nau, Hillsboro; Katherine Cline, Winfield; Mable Gabeline, Neu London; Gladys Jacobs, Mt. Pleasant; John Nau, Portland, Ore.
The will was drawn July 2, 1941 and witnessed by Marilee Watkins and Donald Bell.
George W. Grinstead of Danville left his estate to his wife who was named executrix. The will was made in October, 1933, and witnessed by E.N. Smith and O.H. Carlson.
