COLORED PEOPLE WED.

Mr. Wm. Greenway, Jr., of Muscatine, and Mrs. Dora Rice of Omaha, were married Thursday, December 18, at the home of the latter's brother, Wm. Burnaugh of this city. Rev. J.M. Eaves of the Second Baptist church, performed the ceremony which was simple but impressive. The bride wore a very becoming blue chiffon broadcloth traveling suit trimmed in hand crochet lace and wore bride's roses. The groom was attired in the conventional black. Only the immediate friends of the contracting parties were present at the ceremony. Mrs. Greenway will be remembered as Miss Smith who is a graduate of the Mt. Pleasant High School and Elliott's Business College of Burlington, and has been an efficient manager of the People's Drug Store in Omaha, Neb., for some time. Mr. Greenway is a graduate of Muscatine High School and is now one of the proprietors in the Greenway Barber Shop at Muscatine. They left immediately for their home in Muscatine where they will be at home to friends at 207 West 5th street.

They have the best wishes of their many friends.
