Married – At the residence of the bride’s father, on the 24th ult. Mr. CHARLES CADY to MISS CYNTHIA ALTER of Henry Co.

Mr. Cady was a member of Co. K., 19th Iowa Infantry, and helped to establish the national authority and preserve our Union on many a hotly contested battle-field, and now in the employment of National Peace and Honor, the has formed a Union of Hearts, of which he proposes to take special charge. May the blessing of God rest on our brave soldiers, and may all the people say Amen
