District Court for said county, to the June Term, 1844.

Richard Edwards vs. William Millard
Assumpsit and Attachment.

The defendant will take notice that on the 24th day of November, 1843, a writ of attachment was issued out of the office of the clerk of the district court for said county in this case, against the lands, tenements, &c. of the said defendant for the sum of fifty-four dollars; which writ of attachment was returned into said court, at the March Term, 1844, levied the following described land in said county, to wit:-

The N.W. qr. N.E. qr sec. 20, T. 10, R.7, and the N 1/2 S.W. qr N.E. qr sec 20, T. 70, R. 7, in all fifty acres.

Now unless the said defendant shall appear and plead to the said plaintiffs action before the next term of said court, to be holden on the 4th Monday in June, next, at Mount Pleasant in said County, judgment will be entered against him and the estate so attached will be sold to satisfy the same with costs.
