IOWA PEACE SOCIETY.

This association, embracing in its membership members of the various religious denominations, and members of our State and National Legislatures, will hold its anniversary at Salem, Henry County, Iowa, on the 19th and 20th of the sixth month (June), 1875, in the Friends Meeting House, commencing at 2 o'clock p. m. All persons interested in the banishment of war from the society of Nations and the inauguration of a world's Peace Congress to settle national differences by arbitration, are invited to participate with us on the interesting occasion. All Peace Societies are requested to send delegates. Letters for the Society may be directed to Mt. Pleasant. The hospitalities of the Friends at and around Salem are proverbial.
