1864 Three children of Joshua Lincoln children die

Among family information of Joshua and Ann M. LINCOLN it says that their three young children all died within a week before the family departed Henry County for the western part of Iowa in 1864. The names of these children are thought to be THOMAS L. LINCOLN bn 03/04/1850, HESTER T. LINCOLN bn 01/25/1852; and ELIZABETH J. LINCOLN bn May 16, 1853. We wonder what happened to these children? I can find no record on the 1860 mortality link, nor on the WPA cemetery site. Any help would be appreciated.
