To All Whom it May Concern:

You are hereby notified, that an instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament, of Mary J. Smith, Deceased, having been this day filed, opened and read, Tuesday, the 8th day of August, 1950, at 10 o'clock, AM, is fixed for hearing proof of same at the Court House in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.

WILL ADMITTED TO PROBATE

The last will and testament of Mary J Smith has been admitted to probate. Her niece, Raethel Roth, received one-half of the estate and household goods and the other half was left to the grand-nephew, Charles W. Stam, and a grandniece, Alice O'Connell.

Harold F. McLeran was appointed executor of the will which was drawn up June 25, 1945.
