Salem - Mr. and Mrs. Ed Barton entertained at their home Christmas day in honor of their grandson, Corp. Delmar Barton; Mr. and Mrs. Rex Barton and Delmar, Mrs. Helen Fenton and Donna Jean, Mr. and Mrs. Rex Lamm and sons of Mt. Pleasant.

Corp. Delmar Barton was the honored guest at a dinner at the home of his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert McDowell Tuesday when the following members of their family met: Mr. and Mrs. Rex Barton and Delmar, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Long, Mr. and Mrs. Loren McDowell and son, Mr. and Mrs. George Triska and sons, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Watson and son, Ruby McDowell and Mrs. Leander Kerr.
