Looking for info on some family members.
Rose Edwards Norman (1863 - 1945) was my great grandmother (wife of Horace Melvin Norman). I can't find much about her father, James Edwards. Her mother, Mary M. Dutton Edwards Safford (1846 - 1904), is also not turning up much info. It's thought that Rose was born in Lucas County, but there is no record. It's possible that her father was killed in the Civil War and after some time, her mother, Mary, married Charles Safford. Both Mary and Charles are buried in the Logan Cemetery.
I did find that a possible aunt and uncle of Rose was Nelson A. Donaldson and Isabel (Belle) Donaldson who lived in Harrison County during 1885 - 1900 then moved to Alberta, Canada. Belle is listed as being born in Harrison County but I don't know her maiden name. Their daughters were Lula, Carrie and Ethel.

Any information is much appreciated!!!
