Bert L. Swanger, son of J.A. Swanger, age 21 years, dies at his home on Mill street Sunday, of Bright's disease and dropsy, following an illness of about two weeks.
He was born March 21, 1897, in Persia, Iowa, moving her in 1914 where he has since resided.
He was employed in general work in the light plant and road work for Dick Friend.
He leaves his parents, five brothers and two sisters to mourn his loss. One brother is in the army and stationed at Camp Wadsworth, S.C.
The funeral will be held Tuesday morning, July 2, at 10 a.m. from the Christian church with burial in the Logan cemetery.
