Loie McElwain, Woodbine
Loie McElwain, 87, was a long time music and piano teacher.
Loie is survived by her husband, Merril McElwain of Woodbine; children, David (Karen) McElwain of Wayne, NE, Dan (Jan) McElwain of Harlan, IA, Barb (Steve) Sturgeon of Overland Park, KS, Dennis McElwain of Sioux City, IA, Douglas McElwain of Woodbine, IA, Dana (Carol) McElwain of Fort Collins, CO; Augusto (Zaida) Silva of Decatur, IL.
Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, October 10th from 4 to 8 p.m. at Fouts Funeral Home in Woodbine. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 11, at the United Methodist Church in Woodbine.
