MISSOURI VALLEY - James N. (Sport) Fitzgibbon, 75, died Tuesday at his home in Missouri Valley after a long illness. A native of Honey Creek, he was a life-long resident of this vicinity.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 8:30 a.m. at St. Patrick's church, the Rev. Augustine Scannell in charge, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Hardy funeral home is in charge.

Surviving is a son, Joe Zuver of Long Beach, Calif., a daughter, Ivy Zuver of Missouri Valley; five sisters, Misses Anna, Kate, Frances and Daisy Fitzgibbon, all of Missouri Valley, and Mrs. Rose Buchneau of Des Moines.
