ALBERT WALTERS
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Zion church in Hubbard for Albert Walters, 80, who died at his home south of Hubbard, Jan 4. His pastor, Rev O J Rumpf, had charge of the services. Burial in Hubbard cemetery.
Born in Germany, Mr Walters came to the United States with his parents at the age of six years. He lived a few years near Eldora, then moved to the farm south of Hubbard, where he lived the remainder of his life.
He was an active member of Zion church for more than forty years.
In 1892, he was married to Lottie Bush, who survives him, along with three sons, Will, Harry and Arthur, all of Hubbard.
