Dies of His Injuries.
Fred Gade, aged seventy-four years, died at Iowa Falls from injuries received several days ago. Mr. Gade, who lived on the East Side, was returning home after dark, and was walking along the Illinois Central track. No one saw the accident, but the supposition is that the man was struck by the blind end of a freight train that had been cut in two at the coal chutes and was backing down to the passenger station. His skull was injured and four ribs were broken, resulting in internal injuries.
