IOWA FALLS—John Henry Thies, 76, of Iowa Falls died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2005, at Ellsworth Municipal Hospital, Iowa Falls. Following John’s request, private graveside services were held at Pleasant Hill, Grant Township Cemetery, with military honors provided by Hyman – Peavey American Legion Post No. 188, Iowa Falls. The Linn’s Funeral Homes Iowa Falls Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
