Mrs. Potgeter Dies At Steamboat Rock

Mrs. Henry Potgeter, 93, died at her home in Steamboat Rock Saturday morning following a long illness.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Steamboat Rock Presbyterian church, and burial in the town cemetery.

She is survived by three sons and six daughters, including George Potgeter, who operates an elevator and grain business both at Wellsburg and Steamboat Rock. Other surviving children are Fred, Rockford, Ill., John of San Jose, Calif., Mrs. Albert Burgess, Duvall, Wash., Mrs. O. Mathson of Vancouver, Wash., Fannie Potgeter of Ames, Martha Potgeter of Connecticut, and Alice Potgeter of St. Paul, Minn.
