HAMPTON— Richard “Dick” A. Wearda, 89, of Hampton, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009, at the Franklin General Hospital Nursing Facility in Hampton. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 23, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampton, with burial in the Hampton Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton. The Rev. Karl Bollhagen and Vicar Jesse Burns will officiate the service.
