HAMPTON—Frank D. Swaney, 62, of Hampton, passed away Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, at the Franklin General Hospital in Hampton. Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, at the Hampton United Methodist Church in Hampton. The Rev. Dr. Edward Peterson will officiate the service. Inurnment will be at a later date. The Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton is in charge of the arrangements.
