IOWA FALLS—Audrey Forr, 58, of Iowa Falls, died Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, at Ellsworth Municipal Hospital in Iowa Falls. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at the Surls Funeral Home in Iowa Falls with burial in the Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, N.J. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Surls Funeral Home in Iowa Falls.
