Rites in Houston Last Week for Mrs. Marie Morgan

Funeral services were held in Houston, Texas, last Saturday afternoon for Mrs. Marie Ziesman Morgan, who passed away there November 19, following a heart attack.

Mrs. Morgan was born June 21, 1891, on a farm west of Eldora, the youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ziesman. She was married in California to Albert Morgan, who preceded her in death about 20 years ago.

She lived in California until eighteen months ago when she went to Houston to be near here daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Skyvara. She had spent two months visiting in and near Eldora this past summer.

Surviving are the daughter, Mrs. Skyvara, three sisters, Mrs. F.C. Dreier of Eldora, Mrs. Minnie Simmons of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Mrs. Emily Beyers of Los Angeles, Calif. Her parents and four brothers, W.F. Ziesman, Otto, Henry and Frank R. Ziesman, all of Eldora preceded her in death.
