That I, Louis Stober, of Hardin County, Iowa, being of sound mind an d memory and mindful of the uncertainties of life, do herby make, pub lish, and declare this my last will and testament, as follows.
1. I devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Catherine Stober one thi rd of all my real estate, of every kind, and whatever situated, to b e taken by her in lieu of her dower right in my estate.
2. To my beloved daughter Lulu Alice, the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000) to be paid to her in cash from my estate.
3. After the payment of all my just debts and subject to the foregoin g provisions of this will, I hereby bequeath and devise to my belove d children, William Franklin Stober, Elizabeth Catherine (Stober) Cle mens, Cora (Stober) Warren, Nancy (Stober) Trinity and Lulu Alice Sto ber, all my estate of which I may die seized, both real and personal , to be equally divided among them share and share alike.
4. I herby nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Catherine to be exec utrix of this my last will and testament, without bond.
