Mrs. Jess Hollyfield

Britt - Mrs. Jess Hollyfield, 55, died Sunday at a hospital in Kansas City.

Born Dorothy Horner Aug. 19, 1911, at Britt, she was the daughter of James and Frances Johnson Horner. She was married Feb. 28, 1942 to Jess Hollyfield at Clayton, Mo.

Surviving are her husband, her mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. B. W. Condit, Clark, S. D., and a sister, Mrs. Bjarne (Dorothy) Haugeland, Forest City. Her father preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 a.m. [p.m.] Wednesday at Boughton Funeral Home in Britt. The Rev. Stanley Huiseman of the Congregational United Church of Christ in Britt will officiate.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
