Mrs. J. W. Pollock

Garner - Funeral services for Mrs. J. W. (Bertha) Pollock, 90, were held at the Presbyterian Church in State Center Thursday morning. Graveside services were at Concord Cemetery in Garner.

Mrs. Pollock was born March 29, 1877, the daughter of Joseph Thada and Agnes Teiler Thada. She was married to J. W. Pollock June 3, 1899, in Hancock County. They lived in Garner many years where Mr. Pollock was a carpenter and also served as town councilman many years.

She is survived by three sons; Keith, State Center; Max and Steven A. (Dale) of Redwood City, Calif. She was preceded in death by her husband and a daughter, Maurine.
