Mrs. Joseph Geibel

Britt - Mrs. Joseph Geibel, 69, died Thursday night at a Mason City hospital.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Evangelical United Brethren Church at Stilson. The Rev. Donald Thompson will officiate. A prayer service at the Boughton Funeral Home will precede the church service. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Britt.

Born Vena Miller, she was the daughter of Addison and Elizabeth Ricker Miller. She was married Nov. 30, 1916, at Corwith, and they farmed in the Stilson area.

Surviving are her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Lyle (Velma) Gourley, Lake City; Mrs. Norman (Carol) Wallen, Britt; Mrs. Dean (Carman) Faust, Britt; 11 grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
